Terms and Conditions for Eventify Event Management Services

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual or entity engaging Eventify for event management services.

• Organizer: Eventify, the provider of event planning and management services.

• Services: All event-related work, including but not limited to consultation, planning, coordination, execution, and post-event support.

2. Scope of Work

The Organizer agrees to provide event management services as detailed in the agreed-upon quotation or contract.
Any additional work or last-minute changes requested by the Client may be subject to additional agreements and charges.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are subject to change based on venue availability, vendor charges, material costs, or other factors. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the event or as per the terms stated in the agreement.

• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month.

5. Scheduling and Delays

• The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to complete the event planning and execution within the agreed timeframe.

• We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, vendor delays, or unforeseen emergencies.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The Client shall provide timely access to venues, required documents, and approvals necessary for event execution.

• The Client is responsible for the safety and safeguarding of their personal items and valuables at the event venue.

7. Warranty

• Eventify guarantees quality event management services and professionalism.

• However, no guarantee is provided against external vendor performance or third-party service disruptions, and Eventify shall not be held responsible for any such issues.

8. Liability

• Eventify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the services provided.

• Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the contract.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

• In case of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date, including non-refundable vendor bookings made on their behalf.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Acceptance

By engaging Eventify for event management services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
